Phoebe Mae Louer, 84, of Swansea, IL, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

Phoebe was born on January 30, 1941, in Valmeyer, IL, to parents Coy and Surelda (Danley) Williamson. She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Coy Williamson, Jr., and Mary Jane Reichert (Williamson).

Phoebe was a devoted wife and mother, whose life revolved around her husband and daughter, Michelle. She cherished the time they spent together and especially enjoyed their family trips to national parks and the iconic, Mt. Rushmore. Creative by nature, Phoebe spent her life crafting - whether it be knitting, crocheting, or making beautiful seasonal wreaths.

She will be missed beyond measure by her daughter, Michelle Louer, as well as her nieces and nephews.
