Phyllis D. Witte, nee Haskins, 61, of Edwardsville, Ill., passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. She was born in E. St. Louis, Ill. on December 5, 1954, the daughter of the late Lemuel and Edith, nee Ishmael, Haskins.

Phylllis enjoyed listening to music and watching the Three Stooges and old movies. She enjoyed all types of music and making crafts.

She was preceded by one sister, Dorothy and a brother, at infancy.

She is survived by her husband, Mark whom she married on October 20, 1977; and one sister, Pat Duckles of Massachusets and a special friend Donita Clark of Wood River, Ill.
