Phyllis Neeley, 83, of Glen Carbon, IL., passed away on December 1, 2022 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL. She was born in Granite City, IL. to parents Raymond and Mary (French) Allen on January 28, 1939. Both parents have preceded her in death, as well as step-father Hubert Joyce.

After completing her education, Phyllis went on to become a loving caregiver. Left to carry on her memory are children Correen "Cory" Brandt, Elaine Brown, Keith Darner, Christine Darner, and Michelle Mikeal; as well as 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held for Phyllis at Sunset Hill Funeral Home in Glen Carbon, IL. on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 12 pm.
