Richard Wayne Hartman, 63, of Collinsville, Ill., born June 15, 1950, in East St. Louis, Ill., died at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Flossie and Roy Blackwell and Theodore and Frieda Hartman; several aunts and uncles; and a cousin.

Surviving are his parents, Floy, nee Blackwell, Hartman of Collinsville, Ill., and Theodore Hartman of Waterloo, Ill.; a brother, Ron (Pat) Hartman of Caseyville, Ill.; a sister, Linda (Elmer) Bowman of Trenton, Ill.; an aunt, Frances (Robert) Olbrich of Maryville, Ill.; and two uncles, Ellis Blackwell of Concord, Ohio and Stephen Blackwell of Spring Hill, Fla.
