Richard T. Kissell Sr., 74, of Troy, IL., born September, 26, 1944 in St. Louis, MO., passed away Monday, January 21, 2019.

Richard was a loving husband and father. he was owner of R.T. Kissel Company for over thirty years.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Kissell; his parents Thomas and Margaret Kissel; his sisters Lorraine Kissel, Gloria Kruger and Patricia Bearden.

Surviving are his son Richard T. (Julie) Kissel Jr.; one grandchild; his sister Joyce Dillard.
