Richard G. Miller's Obituary
LONEDELL, MO- Richard G. Miller, 78, of Lonedell, MO., passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Mari de Villa in Chesterfield, MO.
Richard was born on May 1, 1938 in Granite City, IL to Frank and Martha, nee Andrews, Miller. He married Judy Miller in 1976; they later divorced. She survives and resides in St. Louis, MO.
Also surviving are his step-sons, David B. (Laura) Miller of Belleville and Steven G. (Patricia) Miller of Wildwood, MO.; grandchildren, Samantha and Nicole Miller of Wildwood; and one sister, Sherry Swiecicki of Maryville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Harold Miller.
Richard was a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War.
He worked as a foreman for 40 years with Granite City Steel; retiring in 1999.

A memorial visitation for Richard will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 2:00 P.M.- 5:00 P.M. at Sunset Hill Funeral Home in Glen Carbon. Inurnment will be at Sunset Hill Cemetery at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded.
