Richard A. (Rick) Bloemer 47 of Collinsville passed away on December 6, 2018.

Rick was born on December 8, 1971 in Monmouth IL; he was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Bloemer.

Rick is survived by his father, Richard Bloemer, his sister Teresa Shepherd, brother In law, Carl Wolf, many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Services: Friends may call on Wednesday December 12, 2018, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Herr Funeral Home Collinsville IL.

Funeral Service will be, Thursday December 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Father John Beveridge officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
