Robert Leo Wendt, born November 9, 1954, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2026. A cherished member of his family and community, Robert is remembered with great respect and admiration.

In accordance with his wishes, Robert will be laid to rest at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in Collinsville, Illinois. There will be no public services held to mark his passing, honoring his desire for a private farewell.

Robert is survived by his loving family, including one sister, one brother, and four nephews, who will carry forward his memory and legacy with deep affection. His family is being served by HERR Funeral Home, located at 501 West Main Street, Collinsville, Illinois 62234.
