Roberta Ann Sikes, 84, of Washington, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Meridian Village Lutheran Senior Services, Glen Carbon, Illinois.

Roberta was born March 29, 1937, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Edison and Pluma (Weber) Melvin.

She worked as an Executive Secretary for Dillard's for 35 years during her working career.  Roberta dedicated her life to her children and her work.  Her dog, Zoey was very loved and adored by her as well.

Roberta is survived by her sons:  John Sikes of Edwardsville, Illinois, Steve Sikes of Florida, and Thomas Sikes of Washington, Missouri, grandchildren:  Eric, Kelsey, Joey, Danielle, and Nicholas; and great-grandchild, Ellie.

A private family graveside service will be held at Zion Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri, under the direction of Sunset Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Glen Carbon, Illinois.
