Ronald James Carroll, 59, of Caseyville, Ill., born Monday, Oct. 31, 1955, in St. Louis, Mo., passed away at 9:37 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill.

Ron was a member of Teamsters Local 50 and worked as a mechanic for Metro-East Sanitation. He enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles and collecting knives of any kind.

He was preceded in death by his father, James F. Carroll; and his mother, Rita Ruth Gonzales, nee Lennaman.

Surviving are his daughter, Angela Carroll of Caseyville, Ill.; grandchildren, Makenzi, Breanna, Carolynia and Chyna; brothers, Mark Carroll of Waterloo, Ill., Scott (Michelle) Carroll of O'Fallon, Ill., and Wayne (Tina) Rideout of Aviston, Ill.; his best friend, Russell (Linda) Buhr of Caseyville, Ill.; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2015, at the funeral home with Rev. Ron Habermehl officiating. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
