Ronald Lee McCormick, 79, of Centralia, Ill., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2015, at DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Ronald was a member of the Collinsville Masonic Lodge, Central City Lions, and the First Baptist Church of Centralia.

He is survived by his wife, Kay McCormick of Centralia, Ill.; sons, Ryan (Debbie) McCormick of Calera, Ala., and Robert (Carla) McCormick of Edwardsville, Ill.; brother, Richard McCormick of Collinsville, Ill.; and four grandchildren, Lindsay, Jacob, Evan and Chelsea.

Memorial donations may go to the Central City Lions Club and the Masonic Lodge in Collinsville.

Funeral: A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, Ill.
