Rose M. (Merlo) Splaingard, age 79, of Collinsville, IL, died February 2, 2001, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Granite City, IL. Visitation will be held from 4 PM to 8 PM on Sunday, February 4th, at the funeral home in Collinsville. Funeral mass will be at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 5th, at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville, IL. Burial will be in SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville, IL.
