Roy 'Neal' Jones - Passed away peacefully. Monday, January 23, 2023 at Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center.  Age 93.

Survived by two sons Roy (Kathy) Jones of Maryville and Larry (LeAnn) Jones of Mascoutah; six grandchildren Loren, Jamie, Lori, Jeremy, Bryan and Kara; 14 great-grandchildren and his sister Wanda (Jack) VanDyke of Troy, MO.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by his wife of 63 years Norma Jean (nee Thompson) Jones; a daughter Linda Jean Freppon; his parents Homer and Lavon (nee Lanier) Jones and his brother Charles Jones.

Retired from McDonald Douglas after 28 loyal years.

Roy enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping as well as some woodworking.

Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
