Ruby J. Williams of Granite City, IL passed away on January 8, 2021 in Edwardsville, IL. Ruby was born January 27, 1930 in Walnut Ridge, AR.

Ruby retired from DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) after many years of service, she was also a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church, Granite City, IL.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Ray Allen Williams and her parents, Jim and Mellie (Johnson) Smith.

She is survived by her daughter Lisa (Chuck) Lungwitz-Hoxey of Granite City, IL, 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held at Grace Baptist Church, Granite City, IL.
