RuthAnn Kelly, nee Hubert, 66, of Collinsville, Ill., born Nov. 18, 1947, in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away at 10:10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014, at Relais Bonne Eau Hospice Home, Edwardsville, Ill.

RuthAnn was a speech pathologist and a member of the American Federation of Teachers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Edgar and Betty Jean, nee Asa, Hubert.

Surviving are her husband, James Ray Kelly, whom she married on Feb. 23, 1974; three stepdaughters, Linda (Geoffrey) Clenney of Collinsville, Ill., Paula Hall of Edwards, Colo., and Jami (TJ) Mattison of Glen Carbon, Ill.; two brothers, John (Norma PoneLeit) Hubert of Forsyth, Ill., and David (Mark Hubert-Reed) Hubert-Reed of St. Louis, Mo.; five grandchildren; and a canine son, Max.
