Paul D. Strong, Sr., age 48, of Troy, Il, died October 29, 1999, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St Louis, Mo. Visitation will be held from 4PM to 8PM on Monday, November 1, at the Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 2, at the funeral home in Collinsville. Burial will be in Harris Cemetery, Troy, IL. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Madison county or the Troy United Methodist Church.
