Sally Ann Eaves

Sally Ann Eaves, 82, of Collinsville, IL., passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018.  She was born in Caseyville, IL., on January 29, 1935, the daughter of the late Jerome and Cleta, nee Holeman, Scaglione.  She was also preceded by her husband James E. Eaves, Jr. and her two brothers Thomas and Jerome Scaglione.

Sally retired as a secretary from Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL., then later worked at Macy's Department Store in sales.  She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville, IL.

Sally is survived by her children, James Timothy (Susan) Eaves of Collinsville, IL., Richard Eaves of Caseyville, IL., Gregory (Dolores Viviano) Eaves of Collinsville, IL.; two lovely grandchildren, Jennifer and Sam; sisters, Betty Scaglione of Pocahontas, IL., Catherine Lamczyk of Caseyville, IL., Jackie Minny of Orange County, CA.; her brother Kenneth Scaglione of DuQuoin, IL.

Memorials may be given to Siteman Center in St. Louis, Missouri and can be received at Herr Funeral Home.  Condolences to the family can be expressed through this online guestbook.

Visitation: There will be a memorial gathering 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018, at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL.

Service:  Memorial Service will be 7:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2017, at Herr Funeral Home with Father John Beveridge officiating.
