EDWARDSVILLE- Sandra Kay Ansley, 75, of Edwardsville, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017 at St. Louis University Hospital, St Louis, MO.
Sandra was born on May 1, 1942 in East St. Louis, IL to Premo and Nora (Vacca) Curto.
She married John Ansley in 1979; he preceded her in death in 2008.
Sandra married Buford "Buck" Herndon on August 28, 2010; he survives. Also surviving are her children and grandchildren: Debbi Keating of Glen Carbon, IL and children, Alexandra and Madelyn; Cheryl (TJ) Gray of Edwardsville; and Jay Beard and Chris Beard of Edwardsville & children, Lydia, Sophia, Anna and Jason.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands?
Sandra worked at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL for 30 years.
Memorial donations may be made to Hope Animal Rescue. Additional condolence may also be sent to the family through this online guestbook.
Sunset Hill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Glen Carbon at a later date.
