Sharon A. (Farrell) Best, 78, of Bedford, NH, passed away in Bedford on September 17, 2022.

She was born in Wood River, IL on May 7, 1944, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Katherine (Schleeper) Farrell. She and her husband moved to NH in 2005. Sharon enjoyed decorating the many homes she lived in over the years and had a flair for interior design.  Often times, you would catch her watching HGTV looking for new ideas. She was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Seton Church in Bedford. She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  They will all miss her smile!

Family members include her husband of 55 years, Gary Best of Bedford, NH; three sons, John Best and his wife Shannon of Bedford, NH, Chris Best and his wife Jen of Brooklyn Park, MN, and Graham Best of Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren, Austin, Kennedy, Lauren, Harper, and Mason; three brothers, Rod Farrell of Alton, IL, Chris Farrell of Phoenix, AZ, and Mark Farrell of Godfrey, IL; and several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Calling hours will take place at Sunset Hills Funeral Home in Glen Carbon, IL on October 10th from 4 to 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on October 11th at 11:00 AM in St. Mary Church, Edwardsville, IL. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Edwardsville.
