Sharon K Simmons, 76 of Fairmont City passed away on Saturday February 2, 2019.

She was born on April 1, 1942 in Highland IL, to Raymond Erb and Catherine (Dresche) Erb.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband David whom she married on June 16, 1960. Also preceded by her brother, Denny Erb.

Sharon worked for Sharon's maid Service for many years, A Edwardsville high School graduate; she was active in Parents without Partners.

Surviving are her loving children; Sharon Marie Wilson of Chatham IL, Raymond Earl Simmons of Collinsville IL, William Eugene Simmons of Fairmont City IL, one brother Ronald Erb of West Virginia.

Sharon is also survived by her grand daughter, Tanya Michelle Osterman of Riverton IL, and, her great grand son Chase Michael Brewer.

Services will be held on Monday February 11, 2019, at 1;00 PM at Herr Funeral Home .

Visitation will be from 12; 00 PM until 1; 00PM on Monday February 11 2019.

Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.

Memorials in Sharon's Honor may be made to the Siteman Cancer Center and will be received at the Funeral Home.
