Shirley M. (McCurdy) Bailey, age 81, of Belleville, IL. died February 18, 2009 at Willow Creek Nursing Home in Belleville, IL. Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 11 AM on Saturday, February 21st, at Bethel Baptist Church in Troy, IL. with funeral services beginning at 11 AM. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, IL.
