Shirley E. Leftwich, nee Schaffer, 73, of Caseyville, Ill., born March 3, 1941, in Bristol, Tenn., died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lucille, nee Richardson, Schaffer; three brothers, Bud, Herb and Louis Schaffer; and three sisters, Polly, Francis and Fannie Schaffer.

Surviving are a daughter, Cheryl Taylor of Caseyville, Ill.; three sons, Jeff Dove of Caseyville, Ill., Richard (Shelly) Hanley of East Pointe, Mich., and Charles Hanley of Poseville, Mich.; a sister, Linda Chapman of Bristol, Tenn.; a brother, J.R. Schaffer of Bristol, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
