Stephanie A. Leonard, nee Vadas, 55, of Glen Carbon, Ill., born Jan. 20, 1957, in St. Louis, Mo., died at 1:24 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Mrs. Leonard attended the former St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. She was employed by Foley Chemical.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Marion, nee Bulfin, Vadas.

Surviving are her husband, Jerry Leonard of Glen Carbon, Ill., whom she married on Jan. 25, 1984; children, Mike Vadas of Collinsville, Ill., Tiffany (Andy) Smith of Keokuk, Iowa, Christopher (Paige) Leonard of Collinsville, Ill., and Meghan Leonard of Glen Carbon, Ill.; sister, Joan Beuckman of Warson Woods, Mo.; grandchildren, Prestyn Vadas, Jacob and Brooklyn Smith, Madelyn Leonard and Remington Leonard; many other relatives and numerous friends.
