Steven R. Conatser, 32, of Caseyville, Ill., born Sept. 16, 1981, in Maryville, Ill., died at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at his residence.

Steven loved to be with his family and friends. He enjoyed being in the outdoors working, fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his parents, Mary Ann, nee Gudinas, Conatser and Randy Hoey of Fairview Heights, Ill.; sister, Caren Hoey of Caseyville, Ill.; aunts and uncles, Tom (DeAnn) Gudinas of Fairmont City, Ill., Roseann Gudinas of Fairmont City, Ill., Phyllis Sierra of Fairmont City, Ill., Tim (Nancy) Gudinas of Fairview Heights, Ill., and Mark Conatser of Troy, Ill.; cousins, Angela (Jake) Morris and Taylor Gudinas; and many close friends.
