Susan M. Cook, nee Reed, 50, of Collinsville, Ill., born Jan. 10, 1961, in Belleville, Ill., died at 2:29 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at her home.



Mrs. Cook retired from Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill., after 12 years as a respiratory therapist. Susan loved horses and will be missed by her favorite, Mr. Nolet and all of her other barn friends at Classy Acres. Susan was a dear aunt, cousin, niece and sister-in-law.



Surviving are her husband, Randall Cook of Collinsville, Ill., whom she married on May 29, 1982; son, Joseph Randall (Melissa) Cook of Oklahoma City, Okla.; parents, Sue and John Reed of Collinsville, Ill.; father, Nicholas (Becky) Wors of Belleville, Ill.; brother, John (Kim) Reed of Pleasandon, Calif.; nephew and niece, Jack and Katie Reed; stepson, Ryan (Sara) Howerter of Springfield, Ill.; and two half sisters, Nikita and Cherie Wors.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, at the funeral home with the Rev. Roger Wright officiating. Interment in St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, Ill.
