Terri Lynn Koehler, 49, born September 24th, 1973 in Highland, Illinois, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 22, 2023 at Memorial Hospital in

Belleville, Illinois, surrounded by Brad, and her family and friends.

Terri was in the Collinsville High School graduating class of 1991. After high school, she attended the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School in St. Louis, Missouri.

Terri never met a person she couldn't talk to, and she had the biggest heart. Besides loving her daughters, brother and sisters, Terri loved camping and floating

down the black river with friends.

Terri was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Cathey (nee Walker), father, Gary Blackburn of Florida (formerly of Maryville Illinois), maternal grandparents, Jack and Henritta Walker (nee Bryant), and maternal great-grandparents, Henry and Grace Bryant (nee Lancaster) all of Collinsville, Illinois.

Terri is survived by her two daughters, Ravin Williams (Trey) of Defiance, MO and Devon Allison (nee Recklein) of Collinsville IL; siblings, Peggy Boismenue (nee Koehler) of St. Charles, MO, Sarah (Adam) Dahlgren (nee Koehler) of Collinsville, IL, James (Amy) Cathey of Lake St. Louis, MO, Elizabeth (Eric) Mince (née Cathey) of Edwardsville, IL, Maria (Jim ) Baker (née Gracia) of Collinsville IL, and Lisa (Gene) Hallbrooks (née Locus) of Marine IL; grandchildren, McKagan, Oliver, and Escher Allison all from

Charlotte, NC, and Amiko Williams of Defiance MO; her one True Love, Bradley Williams of Defiance, MO; nieces and nephews, Megan, John, and Nichols Recklein of Collinsville, IL, Nolen, Hunter, and Sawyer Mince of Edwardsville, IL, Cam Baker of Collinsville, IL, Madison and Matthew Hallbrooks of Marine, IL, Mason and Leo Dahlgren of Collinsville, IL; numerous aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at the Caseyville Moose Lodge at a later date, by invitation only.
