Terry Snodgrass

Terry Russell Snodgrass, 57, of Collinsville, Illinois passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017 at his home.

He was born December 16, 1959 in Gardner, Illinois the son of the late Bobby Joe and Irene, nee Harvey, Snodgrass. He was also preceded by one sister, Darla Sue Talbert.

Terry was a dedicated Paramedic who worked for the Abbott Ambulance Service for many years. He had also worked for the Pinckneyville Ambulance Service in Pinckneyville, Illinois. He was a faithful member of Christ United Methodist Church and the security team in Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Surviving are his wife Dottie, nee Gilmore, Snodgrass whom he married on August 10, 2011; his children, Russell "Rusty" (Lindsey) Snodgrass of St. Louis, Missouri, Taylor Snodgrass of St. Louis, Missouri, Adam Rodawald of Collinsville, Illinois and Kathryn (Bobby) Price of Collinsville, Illinois; three grandchildren, Hayle, Landon and Hayden; a brother, Bobby Joe (Sandy) Snodgrass of Coulterville, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Christ United Methodist Church in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Condolences to the family can be expressed through this online guestbook.

Visitation: Friends and family may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday June 20, 2017 at the Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, Illinois, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday June 21, 2017 at Christ United Methodist Church, 339 Frank Scott Pkwy., Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Service: Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the church with Rev. Shane Bishop officiating. Interment will follow at the Coulterville City Cemetery in Coulterville, Illinois.
