Terry Lee Wessels, 77, of Caseyville, Illinois, who was born on September 15, 1947 in E. St. Louis, passed away on October 25, 2024 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family.

Terry was retired from Malinkrodt Pharmaceuticals in St. Louis, Missouri. In his free time he enjoyed antiquing, finding Indian artifacts and coin collecting; but his greatest joy was spending time with his family. Especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is proceeded in death by his wife, Marie Wessels and his parents, Robert and Mabel Wessels.

Surviving are his daughters Kristy (David) Merz of Collinsville, Amy (Jay) Geissler of Shiloh, Erin (Bob) Belba of Fairview Heights; his brother Don (Sandy) Wessels of Caseyville; three grandchildren Quinn Wessels, Madison Geissler and Desiree (Chris) Hooker; two great grandchildren, Jordan Hooker and Jace Hooker; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, Illinois, on November 4, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There will be a short memorial service immediately following at 7 p.m.
