Teruko (Terri) Krugjohn, 86, of Glen Carbon, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, July 30 ^th , 2019.

She was born May 2 ^nd , 1933 in Kyoto, Japan. She came to the United States after her marriage to Ralph Krugjohn who was serving in the Army during the Korean War and the Vietnam War.

They settled in Illinois and raised two children, Ruby and Robert.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers in Japan, her children, one grandson and her husband.

Teruko is survived by three brothers, two grandchildren, four nephews, and one niece.

A Memorial Service in her honor will be held at the New Bethel UMC, 131 North Main St., Glen Carbon, Illinois on Friday, August 16, 2019, at 1:00 p.m.

She will be buried with her husband at Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis, MO
