Thomas Melvin Kleine, 78, of Four Seasons, MO, found eternal rest surrounded by family and friends on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.

Tom was born January 29, 1940, in Glen Carbon, IL, to Melvin and Amelia (Caminiti) Kleine. He married Cindy Krazer on June 16, 1967, in Belleville, IL.

Surviving are his wife, Cindy Kleine; three children, Andrew Kleine (Alyson) of Collinsville, IL, Jamie Pace (Timothy) of Maryville, IL, Julie Muniz (Brian) of Caseyville, IL; two grandchildren, Mia Faith Muniz, Mason Thomas Muniz; and one brother, Bill Kleine (Glenda) of Troy, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Amelia Kleine.

Tom was a proud member of the United States Army Reserves for 6 years. For most of his life, he resided in Collinsville, IL and worked as a quality control manager for United Technologies in St. Louis, MO. Tom and his wife, Cindy, moved to the Lake of the Ozarks upon their retirement. He was an avid fisherman and successfully fished numerous bass competitions.

Tom was a member of the Lake of the Ozarks Elks Lodge. As a man, he valued family and friends. He had a lifelong love for boating, fishing, shelling, Cardinal baseball, and high school and college basketball. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial donations may be made to a First United Presbyterian Church or the CURED Foundation (Campaign Urging Research for Eosinophilic Disease).

VISITATION: A visitation for Tom will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018, from 9:00 A.M.- 11:00 A.M. at First Untied Presbyterian in Collinsville, IL.

FUNERAL: A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at First United Presbyterian Church in Collinsville, IL. Pastor Jeff Young will officiate. Interment will be at St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.
