Timothy Allen Futrell, 56, of Collinsville, Ill., born March 13, 1957, in Fairmont City, Ill., died at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013, at his residence.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Alton Earl Futrell.

Surviving are his daughter, Julie (Eric) Hartman of Collinsville, Ill.; son, Louie (Courtney) Tettaton of Collinsville, Ill.; mother, Vetta Lee Futrell of Collinsville, Ill.; sister, Pamela Walters of Collinsville, Ill.; brothers, Randy (Rhonda) Futrell of Collinsville, Ill., John (Brenda) Futrell of Collinsville, Ill., and Al (Kristi) Futrell of Swansea, Ill.; former wife, Diane Hurley of Collinsville, Ill.; former sister-in-law, Pam Futrell of Collinsville, Ill.; former brother-in-law, Dennis Walters of Collinsville, Ill.; many nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral: Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at the funeral home with the Rev. Ron Habermehl officiating. Per family wishes, cremation will be accorded.
