Timothy John Miller, 43, of New Baden, IL, passed away peacefully at Clinton Manor Living Center, where he had been a resident for over 20 years.

Tim was born on April 11th, 1983, in St. Louis, MO. While Tim was born with cerebral palsy, he was blessed beyond measure to have been adopted by Charles and Nancy (Tostberg) Miller. Before moving to Clinton Manor, he resided with his family in Collinsville, IL. He attended the William M. BeDell Achievement and Resource Center in Woodriver, IL. He enjoyed listening to music and attending live concerts as well as just hanging out with his fellow residents and friends at Clinton Manor.

Preceding Tim in death are his parents, Charles and Nancy Miller, and brother, Leo Lohman Warden. Surviving are his brothers, Thomas (Stacy) Miller, James (Traci) Miller, and Kurt Miller; and several nieces and nephews. The Miller Family extends much love and gratitude to the Clinton Manor Staff in New Baden, Illinois, for being his surrogate family and taking such exceptional care of him over the past twenty plus years!

A small graveside service will take place in November at Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, IL. Please check back for a more exact date.
