Vernon A. Votava, 57, of Bethalto, IL., formerly of Collinsville, IL., born October 23, 1960, in East St. Louis, IL., passed away Monday, August 27, 2018, in Alton, IL.

Vernon enjoyed spending time with his wife and family.  In his free time he enjoyed fishing and watching sports.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George Votava and Thelma, nee Davies, Votava; his sister Lorraine Barker.

Surviving are his dear wife Lorrett Votava; his sister Georgette Votava; his brother Dennis Votava.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 22 ^nd , 2018 from 1:00pm to 3:30pm at the Collinsville American Legion.
