Viola Schubert, 91, of Collinsville, Illinois passed away on April 28th, 2024. She was born to Edward and Gertrude (Fingerhut) Dorn on February 15th, 1933.

Viola was a kind, loving and caring Christian woman, always looking out for her family, giving a helping hand whenever she could. She will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of loving her.

Let it be spoken without effect, without the trace of shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was, there is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?

I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near,
Just around the corner.
