William V. Williams "Billy" was born in Belleville IL on June 3 ^rd 1982.

He passed away in Oklahoma City Ok, on February 22, 2019 at the age of 36, due to heart complications. He was preceded in death by his Grand Parents, William D. Williams Sr.(Annabelle)Billy is survived by his parents, Michael L. Williams Sr. (Sally), Nancy Davis (Nolan).

His Siblings,; Michael L. Williams Jr. (Kelly Ann), Kayla Spitler (Craig), Kyle Durrett (Tammy), Sara Williams and Grand Parents, Bernie Kleier (Eva).

Memorial Services will be held on March 17, 2019 at 1588 Poplar Street, Granite City Il, from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM
