Dr. Willy J.C. Morgan

Dr. Willy J.C. Morgan, 82, of Edwardsville, Ill., passed away on October 25, 2016. He was born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, on October 25, 1934, the son of the late Mederic and Jeanne, nee Laforet, Morgan. He was also preceded by one sister Edda Boncy.

Dr. Morgan is survived by his wife Evelyn, nee Alexandre, Morgan, whom he married March 7, 1989. He is also survived by his children; Willy (Chaverly) Morgan of St. Louis, Mo., Daphne (Marcus) Robinson of Memphis, Tn., and Rachelle (Calvin) Thomas of Indianapolis, In.; Four grandchildren, Morgan, Maxwell, Ella and Zelina; sister, Anie Micholski of Toronto, Canada.

Dr. Morgan loved to practice medicine and patient care was a priority and he was in private practice for over 20 years in East St. Louis, Ill., and also practiced medicine at Touchette Hospital in Centreville, Ill. He enjoyed music and photography.

Visitation: Friends may call at the Sunset Hill Funeral Home 50 Fountain Dr. Glen Carbon, Ill. on Friday November 4, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Service: Funeral service will be conducted on Friday at the funeral home at 12:00 PM.
